Hello Blessed Brilliant Beauties!
I can not believe a year has already passed since the new site launch of Blessed Brilliant Beautiful! What a busy year it has been. As I sit here thinking about everything that has happened since last summer, my heart is so full with such gratitude. I have learned so much about myself by starting this lifestyle blog. I have grown spiritually and emotionally through this journey in hopes of inspiring and motivating other women of all ages to be successful and realizing we are so much more alike than we are different. Thank you to my parents for believing in me, my friends for constantly encouraging me to write, the teachers who inspired me, and all those who like, comment, and read my blogs. I hope Blessed Brilliant Beautiful has inspired you as much as you all have inspired me.
I have gone through such a whirlwind these past twelve months and because of your love and support of Blessed Brilliant Beautiful, I have been able to realize my true self. Thank you for crying with me. Thank you for laughing with me. Thank you for praying with me. But most importantly, thank you for helping me create an environment where girls and women don’t feel so alone at times. You all are my inspiration.
So because of all of that, I wanted to give back to all my followers that have been with me from the start! Whether this is your first blog you have read on Blessed Brilliant Beautiful or your twelveth, thank you so much for participating in an environment that encourages the growth of all women in all areas of life.
For this weekend ONLY, Blessed Brilliant Beautiful is giving away 2 Rose Gold Kate Spade Wallets to the follower that completes these two simple steps

Here at Blessed Brilliant Beautiful, we believe that a young girl’s educational journey should be undefined! Just like her free spirit, she should have no limitations on her imaginative and inquisitive mind. For this reason, Blessed Brilliant Beautiful is launching its first community service platform called Project Girl Undefined. Come visit the blog Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 10:00pm EST for the official launching of Project Girl Undefined and the reveling of its first community service project! Congrats on your one year! These posts have been extremely genuine and that in itself is admirable. With that being said, my favorite article would have to be “Staying True to You”. Simply because so many of us can forget that God makes no mistakes, and we are all perfect the way we are. Something my sister, DeAsia Whitaker, and I learned and focus on together.
Can’t wait to see what you have to unravel for Project Girl Undefined!
Warmly,
A

My favorite article of yours is “let the little things go”, it’s so difficult especially now that we’re almost completely in the real world, to let God handle things. I sometimes have the urge to be in control of EVERYTHING with a blind eye towards God, but lately I’ve realized that is the most stressful way to live. Your article gave me reassurance that life is to short to stress over things we really have no control over, our life should be spent in more positive light than negative! *shared on fb*
