OH my gosh! Since I have been soooooooo busy these past two months, I thought it would only be fair to share what this college girl has been up to! I will be getting back on track with blogging next week so don’t you worry!
I’m turning 21!
On February 24, I will be spending my birthday in New York! I actually spent my 10th birthday in New York and I vividly remember the chocolate cake that was delivered straight to my hotel room (Hint Hint, Mom)! Later on next week, I will be having a birthday post where I will be talking more about my birthday bucket list!
Je vais en France!
I recently applied to study abroad this summer and guess what, I got accepted! This May I will be studying writing and literature in France! My second language is actually Spanish but hey, what’s wrong adding a little French in there too! The longest I have traveled to Europe, by myself, was for about two weeks. I traveled to major cities in Spain such as Barcelona and Granada. It was an experience I will never forget. Also, traveling alone taught me how to be more confident in myself. It taught me to never be afraid of a little adventure. A bientôt, Paris!
Midterms? Alreadddyyy?
Yup. It’s about that time. I can’t believe that we are already almost half way through the semester. Is anybody else in need of some mid-semester inspiration? This weekend I will be studying hard for my first exam. If all goes well, keep a look out for a blog post talking about study skills and motivation. For now, coffee and one person, mid-study dance sessions is my motivator.
What I am LOVING!
I got a new perfume from Nordstrom and it has been my favorite big girl perfume. Usually I don’t go for floral scents but this one just smelled too pure and dainty for me not to grab it! It’s called “Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet” and it smell exactly how it sounds. If you’re looking for a new Spring scent, check this one out!
My Fitbit has been keeping me really conscious about my health, especially as I prepare for Miss Pennsylvania. If you have been wanting one, I would 100 percent say INVEST and start living that healthy lifestyle you deserve.
I took French in college and now speak Spanish. Since you know Spanish, you’ll pick French up quickly!
